All skilling outfits with modified heads and quite a few auras including Supreme Quarrymaster and Supreme Jack of Trades, etc.
The account has really low wealth, perhaps 3m in items, however its got basic combat items so you can go and slay/boss for cash as soon as you log in.

I am the first and the only owner and the account was fully trained by myself, no bots of any kind have been used.
