This is the procedure you must go through if you would like to sell me an account-
You must provide all of those details. Recoveries will be set, and then an attempt to regain the account using the information you provide will be done. This means you MUST give all correct information and the process will take a few days. Any legit seller would not have a problem with this.

Two methods-
Middleman- You can give everything to an official middleman and have him recover the account, etc. After everything is good, you will get the money. You must pay the middleman out of the payment for the account.
No middleman- You must trust me with all your information, setting recoveries, regaining access, and then you will get the money. You'd save a few bucks from using a middleman, but I doubt anyone will use this. I'm only putting this option up for those people who ask not to use a middleman and go 50/50.

Those are the only two options.
