Rs Pins ..

hi... i got 2 pay by sms pin ... but i cant seems to use both ... im from sg ... those pins are uk ... the main question : Only those staying at uk can use those pin ? i cant seem to use even after i changed the country to uk

 

Hey i'm not really sure on this matter but my first thing i would do if this happened was to contact the company that handles Pay by phone and Pay by SmS or whatever it's called but yeah.

Go to the runescape page --> Membersubscription --> Counrty Uk --> PBS --> Enter Telephone number --> Enter Pin.

 

Maybe you was just scammed? Well first of all what does it say when u try to enter a pin?
