For this to work you must have 45+-53+ Thieving.

Obviously must be a member DUH! thieving is a members only skill.

I may be interested when it has been verified, but what exactly does it do?

 

what it does exactly is stops the stunning time or reduces it so u can thieve with out th annoying stun times
