    I have a Question I have a Dratini (475) Cp and a Dragonair (819) Cp Which 1 should I evolve into a Dragonite?

    dratini -> dragonair -> dragonite

    Knowing your level will help but I don't recommend evolving either of those, you should wait until you catch a dratini/dragonair that's much higher cp.

    Going to assume you're ~level 22 since most people are around that level atm. So you should wait until you get either a 600 cp dratini or 1k+ dragonair imo

    Wait till L23-24 before you evolve any dratinis, and wait for a 600+ cp dratini.

    Find a calculator and see what each of their IVs are, you can always train CP, you can't train IVs.
