Kind of depends on what you are hoping to do with this computer. Saying a limit and not saying what features you want to upgrade to kind of doesn't help. So what are you actually looking to achieve with this upgrade?

Man I would just save up and build a new one at this point. They're coming out with a new line of AMD cpus soon that won't fit your motherboard, and it's not the best idea to upgrade to such an old chip.

I would get a good budget graphics card (rx470, rx480, or the old gtx970 for $170, $199, $170) and a SSD ($100 for 480gb), then work on replacing your cpu and motherboard to an intel, or wait for the Zen line of amd chips. It's gonna bottleneck you.

Never get a maxwell card (GTX 970). As with all old Nvidia cards the support will drop and the performance will diminish.

If all you have is £200 to spend then a graphics update is your best bet since your processor is fine for mid range cards.
Get the RX 470 or 480, if you save up you can get the GTX 1060 if you must have a Nvidia card.
