Back when I played I was the hunter

I love being able to have pets in games

 

Used to play as a dk but sold my account, played as a lock for a bit but just got bored without friends to play with and raiding is too much time commitment.

I used to play Undead rogue, mainly because every game I played I played as either a rogue or straight DPS tank.

 

Bumping this after looking into the Legion hype. What class do you play? what class do you want to get into once Legion drops?

 

I play a Mage, and after reviewing the class animations for Fire I couldn't be more excited going into the new expansion and continuing with my character. Got over 700 days logged on this toon, and think it's going to be going for a long time yet unless something drastic happened to Blizzard/the world.

I guess it's one of those time investment ideaologies where you feel like you've spent so much time on something that giving up now and starting over would be worthless. I mean I've tried some Alt's, but could never really click with something (apart from Holy Priest and the state of that class is always awful).

 

I haven't played wow for a long time but when i did play i used to play Disc priest because it was so easy the lazy mans healer. I also miss how u used to be able to play arcane mage with 1 button haha

 

Currently I play a Balanced Druid and Frost Mage

The Druid is by far one the funnest class I've played during my WoW times.
He just has a cool kit and is very changeable depending on your play style.

 

What class is the best?

 

Agreed man. I don't think I'm ever going to "stop" playing WoW. I clearly do not play as much as I used to years back, but I always sub for a month or two a few times a year, and always hit max level in the first week's rush of each expansion. I think the thing that really keeps people in the game is their guild, and unfortunately over the years mine has slowly drifted away from WoW, and I don't really want to start all over with a new group of people.

XD I used to play a Resto Druid in BC and I chose it for similar reasons. Was so easy to PvP and PvE with, and I only used like 5 spells total .

I main a Paladin and Shaman. I love them because I can fill all three roles, and get a feel of tank/group healing, ranged/melee DPS or tanking between the two classes. I love having the ability to pick pretty much whatever role I feel like doing without making 10000 alts .

Blizz has done a really good job over the years making sure there isn't really a "best" class. Now obviously each patch there are classes that are strongest in PvP or PvE, but they shift around a lot. I'd recommend playing what feels fun to you as opposed to what's the "best" at any given time because it really does shift around, and a well played "weak" class will do better than a poorly played FoTM class (unless it's a hunter, that shit is super easy).

 

I'm also using the Gnome Warlock. They are easy to level up, however didn't level up as quick as you

I'm going to preorder legion in 1-2 weeks and start playing on either sargeras or stormrage.
My first main was rogue back in wrath, but I've mained warrior ever since cata

From what I've seen hunters and mages are always the best classes for pve

 

How is everyone finding the pre-patch before legion? As someone who mains a resto druid, it's amazing! I seem to do just as much damage in resto-feral form as I do feral-feral form.

 

I played Warrior/Druid/Mage/DK I only did PvP quit 6 months ago got really boring to play.

Warcraft Mounts: Legion
Pre-patch bought the mounts in game as well, the fox is my favourite one

 

The Foxes and Coursers look absolutely amazing. I think the runesabers look amazing as well, but it looks like they aren't in the game as of yet. I've always been a fan of the NE mount model, I feel like I'm going to break down and buy a Spectral Tiger when I pick up Legion.

 

You're going to pay a pretty penny for one, spectral tigers are on the rise (both EU and US) although they are significantly cheaper on the US.

 

Just bought legion. Really excited to play but I just hope that mythic raids aren't anti melee like brf was
