Kombucha

Any Sythers out there fans of kombucha? I currently homebrew it in 4-gallon batches using fair trade organic everything, and spice it up with some cascade hops.

What flavors do you like? What batch sizes do you make? What sort of fermentation vessels are you working with?

I tried it once, just the look of it sorta grossed me out. Meant to have good health benefits tho

 

Wouldn't think i would find another sythe user who enjoys kombucha.
Me and my partner both brew it at home.

Haven't got alot of it but more then enough to keep us and our friends enjoying the taste.

Have you tried coconut kefir?

 

sorry but in my opinion kombuchaa is gross AF

 

I love it! I've gotten on the all(mostly) organic kick lately and it's an awesome substitute for all of the soda that we normally drink. Never thought of brewing it, though. Then again, I live in an apartment with room mates so unorthodox projects don't have much room to be cultivated.

 

100% agree with this. I'd rather drink bleach.
