Hacked account recovery

I was on a public forums where virtual currencies are traded and I have plenty of "vouches" on this called website. Well lord and behold today after 6 years of being with this site, after doing a bit of research, I found a post that I had not made with a users' skype being commented within the post. I find this persons skype details and decide to add him to see how he had gotten access to my account. Shortly thereafter, what arose was him saying that I have been ratted. I have scanned my computer not only with Microsoft security essentials, but also Malwarebytes. To no prevail nothing was found whatsoever. Is there a way they are turning this off whilst I scan and then reactivating it once it is done? Is this even possible? I'd like to think if I've been keylogged etc they wouldn't go for that forum account first, but my runescape accounts with thousands of $ worth of currency on it. So mainly my question is, is it possible for them to deactivate the keylog while I scan my comp and reactivate afterwards. and if the answer is yes is there a way around it or detecting this keylog through other measures? Sorry so long I'm not the most computer tech savvy individual

Hi, my computer is now re-formatted to factory. Is there any way possible to have my password changed before my account is unbanned, so more harm isn't done to this account? I've grown a decent reputation to have it all pissed down the drain. On another note; " Screenshot ", I'd like to thank the Sythe staff for being patient with me, and even helping me with things that had nothing to do with Sythe in the slightest! Without you guys; more damage would more than likely have escalated.

Was banned for a hack did a complete reformat of my computer because virus scans weren't picking anything up and I was still paranoid about the situation.

Can my virus scan post please be moved to account recovery. I've been waiting patiently 3 days now on someone to respond. To no avail the admins haven't checked my thread because it's on the second page when I've done everything asked of me all I need is an unban and an e-mail change if not can someone please explain to me why this process takes longer than expected.
