Rareity of all Pokemons Chart

Hey guys i found this picture online and thought it was really useful so thought i would share it with you guys!
Leave below what you Rare pokemon or even better than that you have caught.

 

I'm only level 6 and I caught 4 seahorse I don't think they are rare.

 

I havent had 1 seahorse and im level 16! To me they are. it must be where you live.

 

This chart is incorrect. I live in the UK and was speaking with a guy who i was battling for a gym with (mystic scrub, team instinct leggo) and we were showing each other our pokemon and he had a Taurus (obviously no way he had gone to 'murica caught that and come home lmao)
