I do live in England, I live near Brighton. AOL stands for America Online, I live in England but have an american ISP, so the WHOIS traces me back to America for some mucked up reason. Trace any AOL IP, I bet they get traced to the USA when they actually live in England. Also, I have a dynamic - so that might answer some IP similarities.
