he has almost non combat lvl 99 ( and somes in 80's)
and he is also a p mod ( not hard to get)

 

Nah I've seen more lvl 3 p-mods.

 

I have seen a player mod level 3 named duke kaleb, also saw him in game yesterday. And for slayer they either use genie lamps or food and ring of recoils.

Yea hes awesome, one of the best skillers. Musta been a hell off a hard time getting 53 slayer with rings. Cool that hes a mod too.

 

did you check up his stats? not suprising considering he probably plays more than most lvl 100+s.
