Return _zez ban dispute

Ok so I logged in yesterday and saw new messages in my inbox. I saw that somebody have been on my account talking with people about pictures of accounts, and talking about buying accounts. Then I panicked and didn't know what to do so I tried to post quickly because I really didn't want to get banned, and I forget what I said in my original post but I think I asked you guys to lock the account just in case, but I changed the password and am just wondering if the account is banned or just locked for now. Please check the ip that the hacker used and the one I use and won't that show that it wasn't me who sent those two messages? I guess before I continue I want to know if my account is banned for scamming, or locked because I asked for it to be, then I can work from there.
