50%+ of jagex staff dosent read this stuff so.. most of the time they want to make u angry by declining. :O

 

They probably liked the sexual attention so much that they let you free. I have seen many of these and they're all funny.

 

They only read Last Chance Appeals, so I've noticed. There are automated responces for the rest of them.

Hmmmm, nope. It may depend what you're banned for though. For macroing they always give me the same message. Then on the last chance appeal they check UID's, etc.

They don't read it unless you're a member and
I heard that they used auto accept/decline in offense that are lesser in importance.

You just realized that? I've seen crazy appeals just get accepted, I typed 'chicken dick' once and it got accepted.
