I probably like have one number the same mine changes everytime i have an ip assigned by DCHP which if im not mistaken that stands for dynamic host configuration protocol

someone unban me from irc and il talk it out further on there to like pen or soemone

 

How can it be the same, yet change everytime. You contradicted yourself unless you meant something else, sometimes isp will set a DHCP to a static ip address, mostly though it will be dynamic. If you want to explain more clearly what you are talking about make another dispute.
