    is this a good way to train smithing.

    if i craft nats.
    and use super heat on gold bars and use gold gauntlets.

    If you can afford it, go with it. It sounds quick.

    Do the gauntlets work with superheat?

    is this a good way to train smithing.

    If you already have the gauntlets, try it once to see. You will only be out like..500 gp if it doesnt work.

    it dose work i tryed super heat i got 56 with guantlets.
    i tryed furness and i got the same with the gauntlets.

    Nah it'd be cheaper for high lvl bars from selling nats.

    is this a good way to train smithing.

    It all depends on how much you care about cash. If you don't, then buy the best type of bar you can and smith like crazy. If you don't wanna lose much, then just smelt gold ores (I would just use a furnace and save the nats for something better). If you want to actually make money while you're at it, then make cannon balls.
