AFK melee training spots?

Anyone know any good ones my stats are 40 40 40 atm, im using red spiders in edge dungeons but their isnt enough and i keep logging out grrr

 

Best I can think of for your level is to attack an Al-Kharid guard and all the guards will attack you.

 

Try giant spiders on the 3rd level of the Security Stronghold. They're only aggressive for about 10 minutes or so, but all you need to do is switch rooms.

I think they're 50 combat.

Alkarhid warriors. Then buy full guthans and afk on bandits

 

Al-Karid warriors don't work unless your under like level 30

 

in edgy dungeon lvl 1 wildy the thugs. dont need armor or food just a wep.
every 8 minutes u need to run out of the room and back in.
I set my character up let them attack.after 8 minutes pick up nats and unids.
run out run back repeat
