I have done capes like 3 months straight now.

Main price is 3M. I know that it is High but the result is 95% to get the cape.

Req stats for pures:

Def ~ any.
Ranged 70+
Pray 44+
Hp should be 70+.

I can do it for pures.
If u have magic enogh for Blood burst and if u got the runes for it.

Guthan is not recomended PUT. it would make it faster.

I would use a MM.

Karils top , torags helm , Verac Skirt, ( fury/glory ), ranger boots , Archer ring,
Karils xbow and 3500 racks. ( 2k with guthan )
