It's not really his fault if it gets locked, that's the risk you take when buying accounts.

 

yea i forgot to add turns out it didnt get locked but he changed the password, heres a newer pm by him, showing minimal infomation that could possibly not even be true

How is that proof? All you are doing is accusing him and taking a screenshot.
