lolboost180 scammed me:)

So after months of waiting I will make this thread, that lolboost180 is a scammer.

Couple months ago I bought an boost for dia4-dia1, he did a couple games, got demoted, then played it back too dia4 and never playd again. I asked him a couple times if he would continue yes or no, no answers at all, kept asking it for weeks, then (his worker he said later) blocked me and I didnt heard from him long time untill he read my message on Sythe, unblocked me and told me it was his worked who blocked me bla bla bla.
He told me he would continue the boost since he worked hard too get his service where he is now.
So.. did 2 games won 1 lost 1, never playd a game anymore.
Waited again a couple weeks and asking him if he would continue yes or no, now he's ofline again on skype (blocked me again I guess) and there is no progress made, payd him the money months ago and there has nothing been done at all. Still dia4 0lp.
The qeustion I ask myself is: is he a scammer yes or no? since he probably will tell me some more bullshit again after weeks, and keeps doing this.
Told him I im done waiting (no reply's again for days and ofline now) so thats why im making this thread now.
He told me he would refund it if he wont continue so i asked about it but yeah no reply.
Weird situation.
He will probably read this and talk to me again but im done with it now.
The boost was bought on 30th of May, yet no progress has been made.
My english isnt proper at all but i hope i explained enough.
