    Why did i get twced?
    I had a global add the TWC rank as you recovered the account without any sort of okay to do so and then proceeded to sell the account shortly after. As the case concluded, there was not enough proof of any money left on the account and you essentially scammed the guy. I'm not saying that there wasn't 13M on the account, rather we just don't have enough proof to show that there was unfortunately. I don't think you're lying about that, but recovering the account and reselling it right away is the reason.

    Going to get a second opinion shortly.
