    Rsmalls/Julia unresponding to account purchase made via Rsmalls site for $120 USD.

    After purchasing an account via the Rsmalls.com website, the seller did not respond back to the website to deliver the information needed, thus I had never received any virtual goods. After asking for a refund, every respondant simply asked for me to wait for their manager Clara wong (clarawong808, [email protected]) etc. to return in order to receive my refund. Throughout all hours of the day through 3 days it's the exact same wait for our manager, who apparently hasn't shown up to work in 3 days. Live chat associated talked to is Okaygoods Messenger, workers talked to are - Winnie, Tom, Slina. Purchase via Rsmalls.com. After doing some research I realized that the company owner/their manager is Julia via Sythe. I guess making this post is the only way to actually get attention/help from the general community/Julia herself.

    On another note, the only reason why I'm being frantic about this and not taking into consideration business difficulties/real life problems is that their domain is expiring in the next couple of weeks. Either they're trying to pull a fast one or she is simply busy. Rather not take my chances and try to seek help when I can.
