RSN'S BLACKLIST

Sythe is not an only forum to buy or sell names. People can buy names from somewhere else and sell here. It would be impossible to tell how many owners or deals have been done with certain name in history and which of those were legit and which not. Who would be in charge of updating that list? You? I cannot bear to think how one person could handle this whole list and update it consistently.
Presumption of innocence means that person is innocent until proven guilty. This is the case in most trials and simply saying that someone has sniped name doesn't make him/her scammer. In this case you can only indict a person not an item.

 

Well your arguments just says you haven't read any posts on this topic.

1. Yes there's other sites to buy and sell names and they're free to sell the names there. Similar to accounts, you won't be able to sell a recoveried account here, but on other sites, you're. It's just sythe-wise ban list and will reduce the sniping here.

2. Sorry what? I said I offer myself to update the list if so, if that's the case, no problemo. Please read previous posts before posting.

3. Lmao. That is not how the law goes. You've watched too many movies. Other than that, laws has nothing to do with this case.

4. I've said multiple times that they wouldn't be accused as a scammers, though like 90% of em are. But no. They wouldn't just be able to sell the damn name here. What's the loss?

 

In which universe RuneScape account equals to RuneScape name. One has permanent ownership and another has temporary ownership without any documentation. Your examples are deficient. With average 0.08 post per day you seem like a right guy to update this list. Do you think you are able to prove something with those random numbers you throw out here? Not a single fact. You made this thread. You suggested this idea. You are expected to receive different opinions from different members either you like them or not. If you are going to respond like this, noone is going to give you their opinions.
