DO NOT BUY. He is a scammer.
I offered 12M over MSN to him for the 99 range tank, and he said "sure". Then I noticed that someone had said "Vouch, I mmed for the tank ranger trade!", which means that he alledgedly "sold" it before. Then I confronted him about this, and he said "oh, I just sold it NOW, someone offered 20M, sorry", which was supposed to cover up the scam, and then he quickly logged out.
