Might be a stupid question, but I've not yet downloaded the game.. Well I don't even know if it's available in the UK yet, but somehow my sibling has it.

I asked him this question, he looked bemused. How do you catch flying Pokemon? Take a plane? Go up in a lift? Or is it just if it happens to be in a bush and your waking around.

Also isn't the GPS tracker a bit unsafe? I mean is it just to collect data? Is there a malicious move?
It automatically reads your GMail currently on iOS/ - you can create a new account to combat this.

All Pokemon types are captured by walking. The animations for some of the flying pokemon will show them flying above you, but you simply tap on them to begin the battle/capture.

The GPS tracker is just as safe as using Google maps. The developers also did a similar game called Ingress using the same mechanics so there's nothing to worry about.

Recently with the Pokemon Go servers being down whilst being launched in new countries, Europe and then Canada, apparent claims being made of hackers ddosing Niantec systems hence why servers being down. Does anyone reckon these hackers are genuine, as in actually are causes of the servers being down, ( or launches are just having hiccups) does anyone think they're able to obtain information, such as the gmail accounts etc or even mobile data etc.

As well as that, the recent problems with Pokemon Go that I experience are server crashes which with a new game is rather tedious, it is free so it is some what expected. I can't actually get the game to load half the time. . My only solution is the Airplane Mode Trick. Even then majority of times the game still crashes. it tends to freeze a lot when catching pokemon, and if I travel to greener areas I believe the signal is effected.
I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this?
