I like it, but it seems that the good-looking and high quality one is not transparent?

 

it is, well its showing up to me as it is, maybe download ie7 or firefox
or i can fill it with sythe color.

 

Hmm, for some reason sometimes pictures are transparent and sometimes they aren't and show a light blue background.

I'll see what happens when I put it in my avatar.
