Go to runescapes homepage, and on the left side find, remove recovery questions. It takes 14 days though...so..i would suggest not selling this until you've removed both recovery questions and the pin...

And on the left side of www.runescape.com " delete recovery questions" its pending one you set which will be set in 14 days. If you changed your mind and want to delete them then you cancel them.
