You can start an exchange site (Your egold for their paypal), and vice versa.

    paypal to e-gold?

looks like a good idea, but what to do with all that cashback fraud used by payPal? I like the idea myself coz I have PP myself and it cost me a huge amount of money to get my e-gold funded! since I'm buying and selling mills and they're much cheaper on e-gold (ughster 2ea) then PP (mostly 5-6)

I vouche for making a exchange site but there's still lots of cashback fraud.

    paypal to e-gold?

You can get PayPal to e-gold, go to e-golds sites and check for exchangers. That's like the only way to get E-Gold money.

    paypal to e-gold?

No, you cannot, you will need to exchange funds through a alternative party and then transfer into paypal unless PP is verified.

I think if you transfer funds to a temporary visa, you should be able to transfer from the visa to e-gold/
