RuneScape Account Recovery Procedure

I've sold my account and the person who bought it sold it after me. The 3rd person got it and it was locked. The person I sold it to was able to recover it for the person who has it now. Person A gives Person B the right recoveries there is no issue. Person A shouldn't get in trouble if Person B decides to sell and can't help. If person A tries to help Person B help Person C and Person A can't get it back or it gets banned etc. Person A shouldn't have to pay shit. It was up to Person B to help Person C. Not Person A.
