Issues with paypal :'(

I had about 200$ on my PayPal account, withdrew funds to my credit card, it says on PayPal it's completed but haven't received any money on my credit card. its been 8 days, contacted them on twitter and on the actual site and no reply. I'd like to point out I can purchase items fine, and if it helps I just found out you can confirm your credit card but it's also not letting me confirm the credit card says this [This card is not accepted. Please use a different card.] (dont know if that's why I'm not receiving the money) however when I can purchase stuff and didn't seem a problem when I withdrew the funds. so what do I do now? why's this happening?

You posted this in the wrong section and I don´t think anybody on Sythe can help you with this. Contact PayPal and explain the situation.

 

Their customer support blows, I tried contacting them for days, they aren't replying. fuck them

 

Call them like @Mr Extremez suggested.

 

From my few experiences calling paypal support I have run into no problems really, they guided me to what I needed to do and all was done pretty quickly.
