Nice guide, but it's against the rules. Tell him to resubmit in 2 weeks..

I say yes. Guide's are good, and with 2 months down time, Mr. Sucks thinks we need more activity .

 

My vote is an yes. He has some extra tuts and so on, looks good, even if I kinda agree with Deacon, though.

I changed the rules, that was only because when user ed was busy, people were posting multiple applications.

I said he is allowed, so is everyone else.
