Just the fact that you require someone's skype in order to see proof is a bit fishy...There is no need for any skype accounts to be given. Why not make post reporting this user if in fact he did scam you. Put all the evidence including any pictures or videos that you say you have in the report. Trust me, the moderators on this platform are very diligent and take issues like this very seriously. Again, i'm not accusing you of anything, just trying to help you and to correct injustice if there is any.
