    Corruption

First of all I'm not in break of the rules.

I have note these past weeks strange events been taking place.

I don't post much, I just study the forum. Anyone heard the saying "beware of the quite one"?

    Anyways let's get to business.

I have seen some of the staff break the rules around here I.E thorpe and a few others.

Slave had multi accounts and so did thopre, what's keeping thopre here? Please do not give me some B.S story.

I heard from a few staff memebers "ADMINS" not "GLOBALS" that the only reason sythe is keeping these people around is because of M O N E Y i.e income.

This is True no matter what you say. I bet if Sythe finds a replacement that's willing to pay/income/smarter more than the corrupt staff he would be happy to rid thorpe and a few others.

This thread sparked my brain a bit http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=231427

Lets play a game called "guess who was that mod that banned deacon"

    1.Daily
    2.Thorpe
    3.SMR
    4.Pen

the list goes on, if you win i'll let you in on some information.

Don't get me wrong I like this site, it's just a few things that needs to be cleaned up..

    Always remember this "TRUTH"

I don't know daily.... maybe hes breaking the rules? did that ever come to mind?

Slave's ban is still being discussed. Multiple accounts is fine as long as only one is active, and no other rules are broken (ie: ban evasion, self-vouching, etc). There is no reason to ban Thorpe.

On your other point, of course Sythe cares about the site's income; who do you think pays for the hosting? The site's not easy to maintain. As an American in a capitalist society, I have to wonder - what system doesn't revolve around profit? However, he would not ban someone just to make more money, or keep a blatently corrupt mod. Without even having to guess at his morals, why would he? He stands to lose a lot of members (staff included) if he does not uphold the site's standard of fairness and integrity.

There may be corruption among individuals - I can't deny that possibility - but, among the staff as a whole, there is not.
