Do you think they are safe?

I got bored after drinking 2 Rockstars in an half an hour, and decided to 'google' what the hell is in these things.

The most interesting thing I found was that Panax Genseng has some odd side effects..

Vaginal bleeding? That can't be good.

What do you guys think. *Continues to drink them*

 

Energy drinks are supposed to be drunk when you do sport or an activity not related to a computer or sitting down on your fat ass .

 

no energy drinks as far as i know contain a lot of caffiene to give youa boost buy thats all i know i once tried red bull most disgusting thing ever but its addicting

i dont think their healthy red bull if you drink like 8 in a row you can die it was on the news or something a long time ago

Energy drinks in holland and I guess the rest of western europe contain 30 or 32mg/100ml. That is equal to a a couple of cups of coffee. I use them because they taste good, some are horrible, taste extremely sweet and sour, and feels like it is dissolving your teeth, others taste good, have a mild and not so sweet taste. They also contain taurine, I dont know what that does, but I heared it was bullpiss, or some fluid from a bull (taurine->taurus->bull).

I also use them to keep myself awake on boring schooldays, in second grade (I was 13-14) I tried to make myself addicted, because caffeine seems to be addicting, but no succes, I justed wanted to know the effect of all that cafeine.

Energy drinks are really no problem, but I have never heared of Panax ginseng.

Yeah I am in love with Monster Assault, those things rock. The most energy drinks I have had in a period of time was a Monster XXL, and 3 Monster Assaults, it kept me up all through the night. I dont think they are that bad for you, as long as you dont drink them all in a small period of time. When I had all that stuff it was maybe in about 3 hours.

 

At least I'll know it's not an STD.
