Double logging for Dummies

This is a guide to all you people who drop trade between mains and pures!
(it requires no programmes to work)
First thing is dont flame and say i stole the idea if it isn't allowed tell me so and i'll remove it and 2ndly please post below and give me feedback.

1. Open two rs browsers on the same world.
2. Put the correct name and password into both browsers.
3.now make one browser small like this


4.Now quickly click login on the small browser first then the bigger one and hopefully you will have logged in on both accounts like this:

5.Now shout "Come on world im tyrannasaurus (insert name) and i'll eat you for breakfast!"
6.the 5th part is not compulsory=)
If posting anywhere please give me at least a bit of credit

 

you will get banned if you dual login though. IP's match eachother.

 

nah, i do it regularly and i'm yet to be banned for dual logging. Also people would be getting banned unfairly for having 2 comps connected via LAN.

Also there is an easier way to do this
1) Downoad EliteSwitch and Install it.
2) Click the "Dual Login" button.

 

I mean as a way to do it if you don't have programmes installed

and secondly i've been using it for almost all of my runescaping life 2 years and never been banned(fingers crossed)

Actually, there is a better method that runescape cant check ur ip. Open two browsers, and chose high detail as usual for 1. For the second one, scroll down and choose "unsigned applet". It will load way slower than usual, but u can log into two or even 3 accounts.

 

how did you come across the reason that jagex can't get your ip that way?...
read up on things before you post stupid things like that.

 

Works easier but they can still check the ip..

well I used to use that button but now I can see only like 7/10 of the screen :O in last update everything was ok ): it also happens to world map...

 

Lol. Everyday all our computers go on Runescape at once at some point, that's 3 IP addresses matching, still no bans have been made.

Although everybody knows, nice tutorial. Good screenshots etc, well done.

 

i dont know if this is the same as what the other guy said but i just change the java type. eg SUN and microsoft.

 

They dont let two accounts log in on the same server with the same ip address, it says too many logins even if its in different windows. Just use the EliteSwich duel login feature, it works great and is easy to work

 

If you followed what i'd posted above i can assure you that you could double log without programmes!

 

Its a lot easier to use the unsigned aplet method, and using EliteSwitch lessens lag when you dual log

 

this will be fixed i nthe next version.
