having trouble with this retarded "line error"

When I try to run it, it tells me:

"Line 835: [Error] (16297:1): Unknown identifier 'RotateEvery' in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 2.03\Scripts\DoofyAlcher and Teleporter v.2.scar"

Here is the line:

RotateEvery(1 + Random(2));

I dont understand what the freaking problem is!!!!!

Use SRL 3.6b which can be found in one of the older PowerSkills downloads with Scar 2.03 which you already have.
