Buying WHIP staker!

I want these exact stats:
70 Attack. No less.
75+ Strength. Anywhere up to 99.
1-5 Defence. Has to be 1-10 DEFENCE, the lower the better.
Lowest prayer possible. Prefer 1.
Highest HP possible, so high range and mage would be a plus.


Must be able to use dragon scimtar, and a whip offcourse. So certain quests must be complete.

I know many people might not have these exact stats so post what you have if its close. Post screenshots of: recovs and bank pin, blackmarks if possible, and ofcourse the stats.

You need a DDS to stake effectively against other lures.
