Vouch ranking list

hi everyone

i have just thought of something,hopefully no one will call me noob or something mean. just to makevouching easier sythe should have like a ranking thing under the number of posts on the right hand side so when users click on it they can leave a comment and click vouch so that the number of vouch goes up,or have symbolize bages or something like that so people would know that this guy is trusted.

make the system so users can vouch every 24hours or soo

and to vouch user they will need certain amount of posts

soo what do you guys think?
