[B] 80-95 Main... Paying (BTC, PAYPAL OR RSGP)

I am looking for a level 80-95 main. No requirements for the account really except for the fact I would prefer it to have little/no bans... I am paying via BTC, PayPal, or 07 GP... I really have no budget. I can pay whatever you are asking. I won't pay anything that isn't reasonable. My old account got banned and now I need a new one, simple as that. He was botted on and that's the reason for the ban. It was my fault and so I can live and learn and not bot anymore... Lol
