2FA removal request

Uh, I'm Kratom and this is embarrassing.
So, I added 2FA literally hours ago but must have messed something up because the 6-letter codes generated by Authenticator don't work and neither does the backup code that I saved. I suspect I must have refreshed the page where you add 2FA and the code changed but that still doesn't explain why the 6-letter codes don't work. Beats me.
Anyway, for the sensitive info - my IP is removed and my email is removed, hope that's enough.

 

I submitted a request about 3 days ago already, wondering if it was sent at all. If it's just awaiting processing, I apologize.

Anyway, I found out my 2FA doesn't quite work just hours after adding it. The six digit codes generated by Authenticator just don't work and neither does the recovery code I saved. I'm unsure how this could have happened.

Regarding sensitive info:
My IP is removed
I can also verify this is me either through my email (removed) or my Skype (rskratom).

 

2fa disabled, re-enable it when you get on. If you run into a similar problem add me on skype
