A Few Staff Changes

Sythe, Clash, and I had a good long talk last night, and it's led to a few changes.

Vic has been deadmined, and replaced by Dark Night (who Sythe has renamed to Matthew).

Ethan has also been demodded.

To help him with SytheMils, thorpe's partners need to be able to search for IPs, etc. We had been considering modding them anyway, but they never got enough votes from the staff. Since this is kind of necessary, we're overruling that vote.

Ughster and R2Pleasent are now Market Mods.

I have SATs now, so I can't add all the permissions. Someone else will have to add it, or you'll have to wait a few hours.
