there is a point in this account... being a lower lvl, and its not fake you could use cannon to gte range lvls, waterfall to get att and str, and use mage spells that dont give hp to to get 70 mage

i had an account wiccan death ... he was rsc made .. brought him to rs2.. he had roughly 69 magic at the time... 10hp i was level 39... he owned all!!! free server ofcourse.... when he made it to combat 50.. he had like 40 hp or so .. also 22 def... still owned all ... no joke i don't know how many kills i've gotten with him..
