need on advice on wat to train and when to start pking thanks

 

Well this is in my opinion and to be safe keep 60 atk get 70-75 str LEAVE def where it is your 1 level off get prayer to 53 and also get mage to 80-85 when you gots some money and when you feel like it for blitz and so on.
