my Skype and my RS account were hacked about a week ago..... stupidly I had the same password for both of them, by the time i realized it - my Sythe account was banned and was unable to warn anyone.

I looked over the report that was filed, it was all the chat prior to my stuff being hacked. the only programs ive ever installed are a couple RSC bots and OSB. all of which are now deleted and haven't had any problems.

I got my Skype back early this morning, but I am making a new one.

I am still trying to recover my RS Account with 2 failed attempts so far today, I am gone to work.

there is no proof that he was actually scammed for anything? There are no trade screen shots and the Sythe PM was 3 days prior to the incident.

I had every intent on selling the account in the private messages prior to my Skype being hacked.

The Sythe PM was June 14th and 15th, the report happened on the 18th,

I am not entirely sure what PM you could possibly be waiting for?

His Sythe PM that "validates" my Skype was not only taken 3 days prior to this "scam" but it just shows pictures of the Ironmans bank he had requested.

This Sythe PM doesn't even come close to following that.

Not only that, but he has no pictures or any conformations from the hacker that the GP was ever taken / given away. I have been patient waiting for this

Yes my Runescape account and Skype were hacked, not my Sythe.

The Sythe PM was THREE days prior to this trade going down,
the price me and him agreed on was not RSGP, it was USD.
"planning the location to meet up" that's not me so I don't see how that's "valid"
asking an email that he wants on it doesn't mean a trade ever occurred, there's no "ok got the GP"

The Sythe PM was when i first PM'd him saying adding on Skype, other then that it was Bank pics he requested to see.

Your hacker confirmed receiving the gold, that's enough proof as far as that goes. We don't need an additional picture showing that gold was traded. I think it sets too big of a problematic precedent if we DON'T require you to be responsible given that your skype AND runescape accounts were hacked and used in this scam so I'm going to agree with Dunworry that this is a valid report and you will be responsible for the amount scammed

 

Where was the "trade" confirmed? I fail to see that

No where does the hacker state that gold was received, so even saying that is a joke.

 

Post a new thread once the user has been refunded.
