So far this thread has established the following.

-There should be no MMs
-Only the staff should be MMs
-MM apps are too hard
-There should be no MM apps
-Pen charges to much

You'd be pissy too if the people you spend time trying to help only find to time to complain about you.

Keep in mind, we aren't being paid to do this. It's voluntary.

The staff, for the most part, care about this site.

 

That's simply untrue. If you see anyone getting bullied around let me know and I'll talk care of it. There is no chance to become something at Sythe if you don't know staff? That's also just incorrect. If I see someone being really helpful and intelligent around the forums, I'll mod them regardless of whether or not I've talked to them before.

Yes, the moderators are voluntary, but they are still expected to do the job they are assigned, regardless if they are getting payed or not.

As for MMs. People should be able to charge as much as they want, but there should be rules telling people that you can only use Official MMs, or no public MM applications. Trust should be determined by how much a person has used the market.

 

I'd like to see you be an admin/mod of the webiste.

Spend nearly everyday cleaning posts locking threads banning scammers

reading countless threads and not to mention admin things like:

webiste editing and also the new servers that sythe pays for.

 

I agree with this U1053 guy. He has a point. This site is full of scammers and the official MMs charge too much.

I don't get it. There are plenty of non-officials, that DON'T scam. I've done a 45m trade myself. If you NEVER wana get scammed.

Clashy, I respect what you do, I have no problem with you. But there are times, when people get abused, while on the Irc for no reason. Personally when I did use it, it was Thorpe...Alright if you say, you and Steph and Sythe all make fair decisions while deciding new staff, I won't argue with you. It's your word against mine, and you are the one actually making the decisions.

It is The Admins/Mods fault, Why can't there be a requirement of some amount of posts to access the Market? It will help the Sythe community out a lot and more decent members will be on Sythe. So it's basically it is your fault and you're saying "There's nothing you/we can do about it" Well, guess what buddy read other people's suggestions. I agree with the OP.

 

Just because a user is new, it doesn't automatically mean the user is a scammer. If you don't want to trade people with a lot post count, then don't. Just ignore the threads and posts made by new users.
