Arkmed - Recovery

I posted a recovery thread last week but haven't heard back from anyone yet. So I am posting another.

Hello, I was recently banned for having my account hacked. My original username is Arkmed and I've been a member here for quite some time. I'd like to dispute the ban/appeal it to be able to recover my account.

I received an e-mail earlier today indicating that my password had been changed. Within 10-15 minutes of receiving the e-mail I immediately recovered the account and reset the password. However, someone had made a post on my account and I edited it and reported it immediately to have it deleted since the account had been hacked. Later during that day I logged on to check if everything was fine and my account was banned.

I am the original creator of the account and can provide any information needed to recover the account. Just not sure exactly what you need? I have the original e-mail used to create the account as well as past ip addresses (possibly the same ip used to create the account).

Let me know what I need to provide and how.

Heya sorry for the delay. Do you mind doing a virus scan and posting the results to show your computer is clean?

Here's the results of the virus scan as requested :

 

Try recovering your account now via email, it'll likely still be linked if you received an email alerting you that the password had been changed. If not successful tell me what email you think should be linked to the account.

I can recover the account via e-mail. However, that is not the issue, the account is banned as I explained in my original post. Therefore, why I try to recover it, it brings me to the "Error, account banned" page and then there's nothing I can do from there.
