Glare -- Sniper/Proof of "Purchase"

Explaination: The name "TS" was sniped from me in February 2016 when I attempted to sell it and take full responsibility for snipes (Silly me!). Glare is now actively selling the name.

It's obvious that he did this in June rather than February to avoid accusations and hope I would forget about ever having the name. Obviously not wanting to get banned, he claims Folt (the sniper) is the one that actually has the name and that he's just selling it for him. The problem here is that Glare himself should have chatlog proof of him dealing with Folt regarding "Ts" but is unable to provide anything. The other thing is, this is a major problem in itself. Let's say one of my friends sniped a name, am I to be allowed to help him sell it regardless of it being sniped? (No, of course not!) It's obvious that Folt/Glare has sniped my name and Glare knew this but "bought" the name regardless to make profit. (This is what he does with all of his other names, Folt snipes them and then Glare buys whatever folt snipes) He majorly contradicts himself in our conversation saying that he doesn't know Folt snipes names but then saying Folt only takes "expired names". Glare actively views the Name Request Thread almost everyday, to say that he didn't know or "forgot" that it was sniped from me is complete bullshit. Glare even posted on the Name Request Thread the day after "Ts" was sniped from me, so saying that he didn't see that is bullshit.

Edit: Glare now claims that I don't have proof of a snipe and is therefore justified in selling the name lmfao.
I know there's not a lot of pictures, but if you need me to post any chat logs between me and him I will be more than willing to do so.

I think it would be in best interest that I am relieved of this scam in 3 different ways:
1. Glare/Folt return the name back to me.
2. Glare fully refunds me for the money I have lost during the transfer of TS. (135m 07)
3. Glare promises to never deal with scummy lying Folt ever again.

As most of you know i buy/sell names all the time. Folt offered Ts to me a few weeks ago and i didn't want to buy it w/o having someone to offer it to ( aka i was trying to make a quick flip ) like most name sellers do if they can. I never purchased the name from Folt.

Adding to this i'm not going to remember if a name was sniped from 5months ago ... today was the first time someone brought it to my attention and i have told Josh i will not pursue buying this name.

I am not going to refund Josh for some name sniped from him back in February that he claims is sniped.

FYI: higher mods have enacted a rule stating a name isn't sniped unless proven it was ( meaning video proof or the sniper owns up to sniping the name )

^ saying that by itself just throws this whole "Situation" to the waste side as josh has no proof it was sniped. Saying a name was sniped on Req Thread is no longer proof as stated by the higher up mods.

If you do find proof then i'd suggest bringing it up to Folt as he is the owner of the name not myself.

 

Glare isn't responsible for refunding in this situation as he doesn't own the name himself in my opinion. In the future Glare I recommend doing a bit of research on offered names prior to selling or involving yourself in a transaction to avoid this situation in the future.

Yet again, Glare lies to himself now saying that he was going to buy the name when before he said that it was folts and he was just offering it to people. This means that Glare probably has more chatlogs regarding this RSN and is hiding something. For the past several months, Glare is been profiting billions of RS3/07 GP off of knowingly buying sniped names off of Folt and reselling them. This is both unfair and against Sythe rules. Regarding proof in this case, I should still have the chatlog with the guy I was selling it to. If that's not enough in itself that's bullshit because no one is going to own up to sniping a name. The only reason he says this is to hide away from the fact that he KNOWS that Folt snipes but still continues his lengthy pursuit in buying names from him. Glare has literally stooped down to Folt's level of lying for measly profits.
1. He knows it was sniped from me
2. He knows Folt snipes names, regardless of what he claims.
3. Lies and says Folt bought it, when everyone and their mother knows Folt has never bought a name
It's been proven time and time again that Glare is very disloyal and uncaring to all of his customers and brings it out to the max level with this scummy sketchy shit.

What stops Glare from continuing his pursuit in knowingly buying sniped names from Folt? Now that it's certain that Folt has my name and sniped it, Glare should never deal with Folt again or face consenquences. Also, I never saw the chatlog where Folt offered TS to him, so I still can't be certain if Glare sniped my name or not.
Edit: Glare is still actively trying to sell it regardless of just being told not to LMFAO.

Also your baseless accusations are just as tasteless as the lies you keep throwing out regarding this RSN. In regards to both of the names you've stated, they have both been bought legitimately from seemingly legitimate owners (Weather they sniped it or not, I don't know.)

The first one being flash, this was obtained from a guy who added me on Skype and offered to sell me the name dirt cheap. Being oblivious to it's past, I went ahead and bought the name regardless because it was cheap; not like I was going to say no. It was on a level 3 account and I offered to take responsibility for the x-fer because it was cheap and didn't care if it got sniped because it was so cheap. Weather or not the person that I had purchased it from obtained it legitimately or not is unknown.

Regarding le second name which you also seem certain I sniped actually holds a similar story except it's believed that the person who sniped it had relations with a Jmod who removed the name manually. This is claimed by glare who says the name was randomly removed for no reason after he logged into it one day. (we're still unsure weather or not this was the actual user who may have removed the name manually with the help of a J-Mod.) He also sold me the name "Spider" which I sold to Dunworry, who sold it to someone else.

I will happily show proof of the chatlog between me and the buyer if a mod deems it necessary. I'm not going to throw it out there for no relevant reason, that's just a waste of time. Also i'm not sure where the HELL you're getting your information from, I have NEVER owned "Purple" and would never buy it because it's owned by a scammer. If "Vibes" told you this, everybody already knows he's a desperate resniper/scammer/liar, but beyond that point I have never owned "Purple". We have already discussed UK, I assume you were refunded for whatever you lost but I am not to blame for that loss in any way shape or form. My main points about TS have already been discussed in the previous threads, we both know you're lying about not knowing that folt snipe names and not knowing that TS was sniped when you saw that I posted it on the Name Request Thread. It's pretty desperate of you to destroy a friendship and break the Sythe rules over 25M 07, but anything for a little profit i guess.

 

As a mod has already resolved "Ts" idk what your report is about.

Since it's evident Folt is a liar in saying that TS was "Expired" (If he's not lying, he can show proof, right?) I'm certain the best solution here is the promise that you shall never do business with Folt ever again as it's questionless that he snipes names and sells them to you. Stating otherwise is definitely knowingly buying sniped names which is against the rules here on Sythe. You already know this, you just can't stop lying about it. Josh I may had told glare that you may have sold purple because the way you were talking about the name and that I can get screenies if need sounded like you did and I am still pretty sure that you have owned purple and resold it. You're obviously not understanding the point, I don't need to provide proof of a snipe unless a mod deems it necessary, i'm not going to go back and find a four month old chatlog for no reason. The thread was made because it was unknown weather you or Folt had sniped the name. Now that we know Folt sniped it, as I said before, the best solution is for you to never deal with him again as it's evident he's a sniper, and if he's not, he should be able to show where he got TS.

To add to this. Everyone here is actually making accusations that clearly have some level of truth to them but without any substantial evidence don't hold merit.

Glare trades with Folt who has been accused of sniping names but no solid evidence has surfaced since the name section has been more closely regulated (since we found out almost everyone was reporting names to Jagex to get them freed up). On the exact same side of the coin Josh buys UK under clearly sketchy circumstances from a user banned (wowwwww would you look at the similarity in the situations) and would you look at that what are the odds it got sniped from Glare.
