Lilmj27 Uncomplete Quest Order/Scam

I am reporting Lilmj27 for not completing our agreed on questing order. I have not heard from him in 10-12+ days and now he is banned on sythe for possibly being hacked.

I would like to be able to chargeback my 90$ I paid for the quests, and if he returns I will pay the amount for the 2-3 quests he did complete before disappearing.
