I owe an old f2p friend 2.4m so with the whip on the account that I dont use

I will try and sell the whip and give my friend the money so the account will only be 1.4m but I never have time,Infact,I am posting this from a laptop while on a trip to Europe/The Black Sea,so just buy it with whip,since im charging only 1m for it and it costs 1.5-1.7m.
The account is at 467,062/737k xp,It doesn't take much to get 70 attack when you hit 22 with d scimmy.
