Buying some electronics

I will only pay via PayPal for physical items for buyer protection reasons. I would like a tracking number as soon as it's available.

I'm looking to buy the following:

~A power supply compatable with 2 gtx 690's
~A motherboard that has 2 gpu slots.
~Nintendo 3DS XL
~Any 3DS Pokemon or mario games
~A good condition laptop with at very least a core 2 duo cpu and linux compatable out of box
